Returns & Refunds Policy

At Little Sheikh Playhouse, we take great care in creating meaningful, faith-inspired products. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it fairly and respectfully.


Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are personalised or made to order. Due to their custom nature:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


DIY & Flat-Pack Products

Some products are supplied as DIY or flat-pack kits to ensure safe delivery. Returns are only accepted if all parts are unused and returned complete.

We are unable to accept returns for DIY kits that have been assembled or partially assembled, unless faulty.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Additional shipping costs for assembled or fragile items are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
