Most items are made to order. Our current processing times are:

- Personalised or custom items: 5–10 business days
Processing times may vary during busy periods. Any changes will be clearly communicated.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Item size and weight
- Whether the item is DIY or fully assembled
- Delivery location
Some larger, delicate, or fully assembled items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be clearly stated on the product listing.
DIY vs Assembled Items
To ensure safe delivery:
- Some products are shipped as DIY or flat-pack kits
- Fully assembled versions may be available at an additional shipping cost due to size and fragility
Where applicable, assembly instructions or video guidance will be provided.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- UK: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs, or unforeseen delays.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the packaging and item
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & International Orders
For international orders:

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
